This home boasts 2 master suites, game room and a large pool and spa. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets in the backyard gazebo with distant lake and mountain views. Every reservations comes with the option to rent our private 30ft dock so you don't have to pull your boat out of the water every night. Rest assured that your little ones are safe with a fenced off pool area. This home has it all.
The space
Master bedroom is 1 King bed.
2nd guest room is 1 king bed
3rd guest room is 1 queen with en suit bathroom which also opens to the back yard.
4th room is 2 bunk beds (twin over full). Please note that this bedroom was designed for children. 2 adults will not be comfortable on these beds. If adults are using this bedroom it is recommended that only 1 adult sleep in each bunk bed.
bedrooms 3 and 4 are not en suit and share a common bathroom.
There is a game room in the garage. The garage is air conditioned but it will not get as cool as the regular house. The garage can be expected to cool down to around 80 degrees during the heat of the day and into the 70s at night as long as the doors remain closed.
The property is fully stocked with all kitchen appliances and dishes.
1 highchair, 1 booster chair and 1 pack n play is provided for our guests. These items are brand new and we provide these simply to try and make our guests lives easier. We do not take any responsibly for any damage or harm from these items.
The driveway is long enough to accommodate parking for up to 2 truck and trailers plus a couple of regular vehicles. There is access to a 3 car garage as well.
The pool is fenced off from the house to protect your children. However children should not be left unattended and you should not rely solely on the gate. Do not prop the gate open and make sure the gate closes completely after each use. We do not take responsibility for any pool or spa related injuries or deaths.

You will receive an entry code the day before arrival either via airbnb or text message. If you do not receive a code by the morning of, please check with your host.
Other things to note
Every reservations comes with the option to reserve our 30 foot private dock space at the new Riviera Marina. Slip is a single stall so you will be the only vessel in the slip with dock on either side of you. Booking through us gives you 50% off of the current advertised Riviera Marina price. If you would like to add the dock you must let the owner know before arrival.

PETS!!! Sneaking a pet on the property runs the risk of eviction with no refund, a bad review, a claim filed against you and a $700 fee regardless of pet damage. While we cannot legally deny service animals we kindly ask that you consider a different property. This is also our family vacation home and our son is very allergic to pet dander. If a pet enters our property we have to hire a professional cleaner to clean the carpets and do a special cleaning to ensure the complete removal of any and all allergens. Any additional fees this incurs would be passed on to you. Please please respect our home.
Jacuzzi comes with 1 free tank of propane, refills are $250. 1 tank should easily last 7 days (based on 2-3 hours of use per day).
Pool is not Heated but will be around 80-85 degrees in mid spring, 90 in early summer and 95 by august
