Interaction with Guests
Will not be present during guests' stay. But I am reachable via text, email and phone.
I live equidistant to the Village of East Hampton (under ten minutes away) and Historic Springs, which is a quiet residential neighborhood far from the traffic and crowds you'll otherwise find in the summer. From the house, you can walk and see the incredible sunsets at Three Mile Harbor, just a few minutes by foot. Or take a five minute walk and grab your morning coffee at Damark's Deli/Cafe or have a nice and reasonably priced (!) dinner at Harbor Grill restaurant. There is also a liquor store, a small grocery store, and pizzeria around the corner. There are nearby farm stands, parks, hiking trails, tennis courts, and all the other cultural and social attractions of the East End of Long Island.
Centrally located, you're just a short drive to East Hampton Village or Amagansett for shopping/dining, the Jitney or Long Island Rail Road, and to the ocean, all in under ten minutes. Montauk is about 20 minutes away. Having a car is suggested, but there is a nearby bus route (Suffolk County Transit route 10B) that covers most of the area, and taxis are readily available as well.
No smoking. No pets unless prior approval . Fairly strict check-in/out times due to maid scheduling. Rental meant for no more than 4 people (it is less than a thousand square feet.) Guests must respect local noise ordinances and the space is meant for quiet enjoyment of guests. No children permitted in the sleeping loft.
