The Washington Room is a beautiful second floor room. It has a queen size bed and full bath. This room has lovely morning light with windows on both the front and side.

The Inn has several common spaces. There is a hearth room with seating and a fireplace that guests are welcome to utilize. Additionally there is a breakfast room and sunny porch for your enjoyment. Guests are also welcome to take advantage of the restaurant, which is open 5 days a week for dinner.

Littleton is a wonderful small town with lots to offer. There are many outdoor activities to take advantage of including several beautiful walking paths right around town and countless hiking trails nearby. The river runs through downtown. We boast an excellent candy shop, a craft brewery, many stores and several restaurants.

We moved to Littleton, NH and purchased The Beal House in December 2015. Adam has a long career as a chef and had always wanted to do his own project. The Beal House, with its 55 seat restaurant, and 6 guest rooms, is the perfect opportunity for us to live the dream of owning our own restaurant, while also catering to guests and showing them a positive experience in NH.
We love NH and especially the area around Littleton. There are wonderful activities in every season and we look forward to sharing this space with you!
