  • My wife and I stayed here for our 1st anniversary and it was lovely! We couldn't have asked for a better place. The cabin is very cozy with spectacular views...and it's just a short drive from town. And Pam and Mike were nice enough to share their bottle of champagne with us! Overall, this was a great stay with very considerate owners. I would recommend the cabin to anyone interested in staying in that area.

    Thanks Pam and Mike!

  • Great place!

    April 2014
  • Had a great couple days at Pam's home in Bethel. It was cozy, clean, and had some great views. Looking forward to visiting this summer or fall!

    March 2014
  • We had a wonderful time at Pam's cabin this March. The view from the cabin was breathtaking and the cabin itself was warm, cozy, and bright. Our lab was pleased to have lots of room to run around and play fetch in the snow and we went on a fun and surprisingly long walk through the trails around the property. The surrounding area is filled with great places to see, ski, and hike around.

Pam was very quick to respond to our emails and clearly took pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and beautiful getaway.

  • Pam's cabin was fantastic - clean, lovely, and in an excellent location! We wanted somewhere secluded to relax and get away, and Pam's place fit the bill perfectly. We'll definitely be back.

  • We had a great time! We snowshoed in the yard, enjoyed the small town of Bethel and overall had a great time!

    February 2014
  • Pam's cabin is beautiful and roomy. Everything was clean and prepped for our arrival. Five of us stayed there with plenty of room to spare. The cabin is so close to incredible skiing at Sunday River. I think we might make this an annual trip!

    February 2014
  • Our stay was wonderful! The cabin itself is beautiful and there are lovely views of the mountains from the huge windows. Lots of afternoon sun as well! The wood stove and radiant floor heat are super efficient and keep the cabin very cozy. We were able to drive to a few snowshoeing trails in the National Forest and even found a great network of trails right from the cabin. Our lab loved the fenced yard and lots of opportunities for exploring. We'd love to come back and experience the cabin in the summer as well.

Pam was very quick to respond to any and all questions and made us feel right at home. The road was well plowed and sanded and easy enough for our Toyota Matrix to navigate.

We also were fortunate enough to catch one of the Mexican Nights at the cafe DiCocoas in town. The food was served family style and was amazing!

Thanks again Pam! We'll be back!

  • This was our first time using airbnb and we had a great time. The cabin was beautiful. It was a little isolated, but that resulted in solitude with a great view! Pam responded quickly to any questions, and made the process easy.

  • We stayed in Maine for a weekend away to ski and enjoy the outdoors. This cabin was the perfect spot!
The wood stove and amazing mountain scenery provided a wonderful backdrop for our winter adventure.
An added bonus to our journey was our dog being able to join us. He also thought the cabin was great- curling up on the radiant heated floors that offered great views to wildlife he could only dream of chasing.
Pam was an excellent host, promptly answering any questions we had before and during our trip. Anything and everything we may have forgotten was conveniently provided. We are so grateful to have found this wonderful spot and hope we have the opportunity to visit again.
