Step into a beautifully renovated, ground-level studio apartment that perfectly blends late-1800s historic charm with modern comfort. This bright and inviting space is designed for relaxation after a day of exploring Harrisonburg. The studio includes:
• A comfortable king-size bed with soft, fresh linens.
• A cozy seating area with a brand new 65-inch Smart TV with Roku, perfect for streaming your favorite shows (we do not have cable).
• A convenient kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge (including a freezer), microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker.
• A rollaway twin bed is available in the closet for an additional guest.
• All necessary towels and essentials are provided for your stay.
This is the downstairs unit of a restored 1800s carriage house - we have heavily insulated between units, but you may occasionally hear guests in the upstairs.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire ground-level studio apartment. Your stay includes:

• Free on-premises parking for one vehicle in the shared gravel driveway.
Please note that while the driveway is shared with the upstairs unit, there are no shared interior spaces, ensuring your complete privacy.

• Two-Unit Property: This historic Carriage House contains two separate, private apartments. This listing is for the downstairs unit.
