The Carriage House has been converted into two apartments, one upstairs and one downstairs, both with their own entrances. This listing is for the upstairs unit.

• A light-filled living room with a large flatscreen Smart TV
• A fully equipped kitchen including a stove/oven, full-size fridge, Keurig & toaster
• A pristine, updated bathroom
• Original hardwood floors that add to the historic character
• A welcoming bedroom for a restful night's sleep
• A comfy twin rollaway bed is available for a 3rd guest to use in the living room.
