Just one row off the beach, in the heart of Myrtle Beach, Holiday Towers is the perfect spot! This tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom condo will not disappoint. With the spacious layout & fully stocked kitchen, you will enjoy all the comforts of home! Plus, there's a large balcony to relax on while sipping coffee or enjoying a nightcap! There's an on-site pool, hot tub and tennis court if you don't feel like walking to the beach. You will be in close proximity to Family Kingdom as well!

The space
The primary bedroom features a king bed, and the secondary bedroom features a set of bunk beds (single over single) and a queen bed as well.

If you have kids (or adults) that don't like to share a bed, there is a pull-out sofa bed as well!

Holiday Towers has outstanding amenities, including a fabulous swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, as well as an indoor jacuzzi. You will experience all of the finest in outdoor amenities, including a tennis court, and outdoor grills and an area to hang out with your friends/family!

You will be 3 minutes away from the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, the Myrtle Beach Skywheel, and all of that which makes the Grand Strand what it is. Broadway at the Beach is less than 10 minutes away, and the Myrtle Beach International airport is less than 15 min away. Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place!

Other things to note
-Only one parking spot is available.
-We provide one set of bath towels per guest (bring your own beach towels).
-We do not provide daily housekeeping.
-You will receive starter amenities such as TP, paper towels and mini soap, etc but they will not be replenished during your stay.
-This unit is not managed on-site, therefore do not leave trash or linens/towels, etc outside the door.
-Pest control comes between 9-12 on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive last or cancel your stay.
-You must be 25 to rent this unit. Guest under 25 should not be left alone in this unit. These are HOA rules and they can evict/fine for breaking their rules.
