  • Great room with lovely balcony very close to the bus terminal and a short bus trip into the old town. Very quiet, clean and convenient to the port, local restaurants, bakery and supermarket. Ivana was responsive and helpful via email and her Aunt Kate met me at the travel agency (owned by Ivana) to walk me to the apartment.

  • We had a lovely 3 nights in Dubrovnik at her Aunt Kate's place. Ivana was also very kind when I asked her about wi-fi, she offered us to use for free at her shop. I felt if I ever needed anything she was always there to help. The kitchen wasn't really a full kitchen but it had hot plates so you could cook a light snack, and a fridge to keep your food in. It was great for a short stay, and also not far from old town, and some nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Thanks Ivana and Kate :)

  • Had a great stay, clean and spacious. Ivana was very friendly and helpful, provided us with information and gave us her number so we could reach her at any time. Would gladly recommend it!

  • Room as described - clean and spacious. Great place to stay if you need to be close to the bus station and easy bus journey into the old town (we also walked, it took about 30 minutes). Ivana's boyfriend gave us some really great ideas about what to do with our time in Dubrovnik and both Ivana and her boyfriend were really friendly and helpful (and let us store our bags before leaving). Would certainly recommend.

Very spacious room, clean and shiny with a little balcony to have breakfast. Ivana's aunt is very nice and welcoming. Ivana and her husband were very helpfull and kind with us. • The appartment of Ivana was our first acommodation in Croatia and it proved to a great one. Ivana picked us up at the bus terminal by car, which was very kind. The room itself was very clean and practical, had a big bed and a very nicely situated balcony. Air conditioning worked excellent as well. The bathroom was across the hall but this didn't bother us, as it was very tidy. A large supermarket is located in easy walking distance, as well as local bakeries. This location is actually what you would want, because it is situated near all the public transport hubs (including bus terminal from Split, bus to old city and ferry boats), and you are able to escape the crowds that pour out of the cruise ships into the old city centre. Thus you can choose freely to visit the old city, but also explore the beautiful surroundings as well. Lastly, Ivana was exceptionally kind and proved to be a great host. Her tourist centre named 'Travel Corner' is a 4 min. walk away and she can easily set you up with all the information and rentals you could wish for. Highly recommended!

  • Had a great stay at Ivana's place. The room was incredibly comfortable and nice. Had our own balcony and bathroom, and the air conditioning in the room was great - a real relief from the devastating heat outside!

Ivana was lovely, really genuine when welcoming us and telling us about the town. We felt very welcomed and at home. Ivana's aunt was also very lovely, and even without much English we were made to feel comfortable, safe and respected.

The place was in a great location, less than ten minutes from a number of restaurants - ones which felt local and not riddled with tourists. We were also very close to the bus station which was convenient. Staying where we were was a welcome relief from the chaos of the old town - it was perfectly easy to get to by bus though when we did want to go.
