Step inside Catalina Bay, managed by The FAM Holiday Property Management in Newcastle. The main house features three spacious bedrooms, while two self-contained studios each come with their own bathrooms. The main bedroom boasts an ensuite and breathtaking lake views.

With four bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and open-plan living areas, this home is perfect for multiple families or larger groups seeking a luxurious getaway.

The property sits high above the lake, with stairs leading down to the water level where you'll find a boathouse equipped with kayaks and life vests (use at your own risk), a kitchenette, and seating that overlooks the private jetty. Enjoy swimming and fishing right off the jetty.

Catalina Bay is fully equipped with quality cotton linen, soaps, towels, and all the essential cleaning and cooking basics.

Located in the charming Fishing Point area, you're just a short drive away from the shops and the vibrant communities of Wangi and Toronto, where you'll find pubs, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.

Pets are welcome on application. Please note the property is not fully fenced, so suitability will depend on your pet. Pets are allowed inside, however we ask that they are kept off all furniture. When unattended, pets can be safely left in the secure laundry area, which includes access to an enclosed outdoor space.
