Have a great vacation at Anaheim's PEACOCK SUITES timeshare property, in a ONE BEDROOM with kitchenette (mini-fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker), and on-site pool and jacuzzi, all within a 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland. Airbnb rate excludes daily parking/misc fees of $11.70 plus a flat (not daily) housekeeping fee* of $42, which are collected by the resort upon check-out.

ONE BEDROOM W/ KING OR 2 QUEENS (425 sq ft)
Refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, iron/board, hair dryer, flat screen tvs, dvd player, queen sleeper sofa, alarm clock, cable TV, living area and a safe in room. Sleeps 4 (King room) or 6 (2 Queens).
ONE BEDROOM ACCESSIBLE W/ QUEEN BED (425 sq ft)
Same layout as one bedroom, including queen sleeper sofa, with following wheelchair-accessible modifications: Doorways measure: Entrance door 34", Bathroom door 33" and Sliding door 34". Queen bed with 30" clearance on one side and 33" clearance on opposite side. Wall switches are 46" from the floor. Unit has a shower/tub combo or a roll-in shower with no tub. Tubular style hand bars located 34" from the floor inside the shower. The toilet grab bars at 34" from the floor.

Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) shuttle is my preferred method of going to and from DisneyLand and I would highly recommend it in lieu of parking onsite. The shuttle ride is only about 10 minutes, the shuttle stops immediately out front, and it is very economical. Current pricing for a one-day pass is $5 for adults and $2 for kids aged 3-9. A 3-day pass is $12 adults and $3 for kids, and a 5-day pass is $20 adults and $5 kids.
Other Things to Note
If you have your own car, you will have to pay the mandatory valet fee to park on the property. There is very limited free street parking around the corner about a block away if you want to try to get around it.
SPECIAL NOTE: Onsite continental breakfast has been discontinued, effective June 1, 2014.
If you would like early check-in, the front desk will do its best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed. If they are unable to accommodate, they will happily hold your belongings until you are able to check-in.
FEES* - The Tenant understands that the Resort shall charge the following fees: (1) Mandatory daily valet fee, parking tax, and Anaheim tax, totaling $11.70, if a car will be parked on property; (2) One-time housekeeping fee of $42, if reservation is made >14 days prior to check-in*, irrespective of length of stay. These fees are collected by the resort upon check-out. These Resort fees are independent of the daily airbnb.com unit rental amount.

ROOM TYPE SELECTION: Please state at time of reservation request your room type preference (e.g. 2 Queens, 1 King, Accessible Queen), also noting if there are any types you do not want. Please note that such restrictions may impede ability to complete the reservation depending on availability at the resort.
CANCELLATIONS - The Tenant understands that once a reservation request is accepted by the Owner, the Owner then initiates a non-recoupable reservation with the property. For this reason, the cancellation policy is set to the strictest airbnb setting.
ISSUES - In order for issues to be resolved, awareness must be made of a problem. Tenant will inform the front desk promptly upon encountering issues. If the front desk is unable to satisfactorily remedy the situation, Tenant will contact the Owner to facilitate resolution.
PRESENTATION - The Resort is a timeshare property and, as such, may offer solicitation to attend a sales presentation for vacation ownership. The Tenant is under no obligation to attend a presentation as a condition of occupancy.
AGE - The Tenant must be age 18 or older to secure a reservation in his/her name.
USAGE - The Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms that s/he will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-outs.
TEMPORARY USE / NO SUBLETTING - Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for the temporary use of the Resort and that Tenants shall not under any circumstance sublet the Resort unit.
OCCUPANCY -- The Tenant agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy for the unit. Failure to comply may result in eviction by the Resort.
INCIDENTALS -- Most resorts will require a credit card imprint upon check-in for the purpose of incidental expenses (i.e., local phone, resort services, room service, etc). Tenant will be expected to provide their own credit card upon arrival for this purpose.
PETS -- Under no circumstance will the Tenant permit pets of any kind in the unit.
DAMAGES -- The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant’s guests.
INDEMNIFICATION - The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

Dana was great. She sent me all the info I needed to check in into the timeshare. The location was very easy to find. We all had a great time. We also liked that it was really close to Disneyland. The room was very clean and the four of us fit very comfortably.
Suite was very clean and nice as in the picture with new modern looking furnishings. Sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and kitchenette was well stocked. Convenient location with 7-11 next door and ART shuttle #6 stop right in front of the hotel which dropped you off at Disneyland. Family friendly hotel with 2 bbq grills and ping pong and pool table. We would definitely be back. A great value for the price.
Wonderful room. Great location and services. We did not have to discuss any timeshare sales and were able to enjoy all the amenities. Only complaint -- the hotel promoted nightly views of the fireworks from Disneyland but after waiting on the sundeck for 30 minutes, we realized they were not visible from the hotel -- a little disappointing but we saw them at the park. Would definitely recommend this room based on price and location.
This is not a high class hotel — the toilet in our room (332) flushed with a strange aggression, the windows didn't close all the way and the adjacent freeway was fairly audible in our room — but it's an incredible value when you consider the other options within shuttle distance of Disneyland. You get a true suite (living room/kitchenette and bedroom) for a very low price. The good service and the updated furnishings are surprising given that affordability. Other than those minor issues above we were very pleased with our stay.
