Getting around

Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) shuttle is my preferred method of going to and from DisneyLand and I would highly recommend it in lieu of parking onsite. The shuttle ride is only about 10 minutes, the shuttle stops immediately out front, and it is very economical. Current pricing for a one-day pass is $5 for adults and $2 for kids aged 3-9. A 3-day pass is $12 adults and $3 for kids, and a 5-day pass is $20 adults and $5 kids.

Other Things to Note

If you have your own car, you will have to pay the mandatory valet fee to park on the property. There is very limited free street parking around the corner about a block away if you want to try to get around it.

  • Dana was great to work with, highly communicative and made the entire experience a breeze! The 1BR suite was exactly as advertised and featured -the- most comfortable bed I think I've ever used. I slept like a baby after spending way too much time in Disneyland ;)

  • What a pleasant surprise this place was. Very clean and modern. There was a pool and great amenities. It really was a great stay. The only downsides were that you had to pay $10 per night for parking and the "walk" to Disneyland was a long walk. After an entire day of disneyland and being on your feet, a 20 minute walk is FOREVER. They did offer a shuttle that picks up in front and stops at a couple of other hotels. Ultimately, It was a 10 minute shuttle ride and cost an extra $5 for the day per person. So we ended up spending an extra $30 for parking and shuttle rides. Not a big deal, but it would have been good to know ahead of time. Overall, we were very impressed with the place itself and would stay here again.

    Response from Dana:

Yes, there is a mandatory on-site parking charge, as exists at nearly all similar Disney-adjacent properties. The ART shuttle is my preference personally, but some do prefer the more leisurely "stroll". Please excuse my oversight if the description somehow under-represented the parking situation or proximity to DisneyLand. I do aim to be as transaparent as possible, so thanks very much for your feedback, and I'm happy you enjoyed your stay!

  • Great location. Easy access to Disneyland with the shuttle and cheap Valet parking. Great breakfast too!

  • This location was great! I recommend this for anyone. Very kid friendly and roomy. Our room was directly across from the breakfast room which was great. It was not too noisy. The only issue I had was that the only sink was in the bathroom. I definitely will come back again.

    Response from Dana:

Thanks for your comments. I believe the one bedrooms with two queens do not have a sink in the kitchenette area, but the one bedroom with the king bed will have that extra sink.

  • Terrific place to stay! Very close to Disney Land and the Anaheim Convention Center. I will absolutely be booking this place again when I visit the MD&M show again next year.

  • The suite was perfect, clean, modern. The microwave and fridge (kitchenette) was a definite plus. Dana was helpful to answer my questions prior to booking as well as to confirm details of my stay.

A few comments of things out of Dana's control:
    1) I was given a room that was the complete opposite of what I requested (bathroom outside of the bedroom was key for my reservation), but they had availability and moved me within 30 minutes of my arrival.
    2) The only issue I had with the ongoing construction was at 6:07am on my first morning there... the Genie Lift or something with a motor (jackhammer?) was turned on and in use way earlier than anticipated. Aside from that, there was no problems with the construction or noise created by it.
    3) Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but I am certain that will be remedied once they finish construction on their breakfast room. Hard boiled eggs, crumb cake, apples, oranges, cereal. Every morning. At the very least, switch it up every other day!

I will definitely be staying again, and hope to enjoy a real breakfast here in the future! :)

  • This was a convenient location exactly 1 mile from Disneyland door to door. The whole family did the walk to and from which saved on parking and the hassle of getting in the car.

This would have been a four star review, but there is construction going on in the hotel (which others have commented on). This construction made it a pain to park the car (had to be valet parked). Additionally, the eating area was temporarily moved outside, so it was a bit chilly and noisy for the bare-bones breakfast.

    Response from Dana:

In addition to the expansion of the breakfast room, the construction appears to be a sizeable exterior facelift that will be completed in March. Since we tend to take the shuttle to and from Disneyland (which I find to be cheaper and more convenient than parking), we only had to deal with the construction impact to valet parking only during check-in and check-out for the most part. Thanks very much for the feedback.

  • We had a great time at Dana's place. It is within a hotel so check in is like checking into a hotel. The room was lovely! Has little kitchenette, loving room, bathroom and bedroom.
Dana was very helpful. Answered all our questions and was very quick to respond on late notice. The location was ideal. Very central. About a 15 minute walk to Disneyland or there is a shuttle busy that comes right to the hotel. We were very happy with our stay. Thanks Dana for everything!

  • The apartment was so much nicer than most hotels in the area, and there was plenty of space for the four of us with the living room and kitchen area. Really comfy beds, nice towels, and an easy walk to Disneyland. The Gray Line tour to Universal Studios also picks up from the apartment building. The staff were really lovely as well. Highly recommended!
