In compliance with the regulations of the Police of the Czech Republic, all guests are required to complete registration forms upon arrival. Additionally, a city tax of 50 CZK (approximately 2 EUR) per person, per night will be charged.

Check-in takes place at our office located at U Pujcovny 954/6. Our office hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM on weekends.
Early Check-In: may be possible depending on availability (Please note that we require time to prepare the apartment.)
Late Check-Out: Unfortunately, late check-out is not possible as we need time to prepare the apartment for incoming guests.

If you arrive early or need to store your luggage, we offer luggage storage at our office during business hours for a fee of 1 EUR per bag.

We offer an airport transfer service. Our driver can meet you at the airport and take you directly to your apartment if it’s ready. If the apartment is not yet available, the driver will bring you to our office, where you can leave your luggage.

• 🔑 Keys
For security reasons, we provide only one set of keys per reservation. A replacement fee will apply if the keys are lost.
