Our cute and quaint 2bd/ 2ba home is located on a treelined street in the Irvington neighborhood. Blocks away from grocery stores, bars, restaurants and public transportation. Minutes away in a car from Alberta street and downtown Portland is close too!
Cute exposed brick quadplex with a peaceful garden feel throughout. Enjoy coffee on the patio, healthy meals prepared for additional fee. The room can comfortably fit 2 but 3 can fit fine (if you like each other).
You have access to the entire house except for our room :) Washer, dryer, kitchen and semi private bath (its not attached but its all yours to use throughout your stay).
For the most part we work out of the home Monday through Friday. I can provide breakfast ($10) and dinner ($20). I am more than happy to show you around Portland on Friday or the weekend.
Great walking neighborhood, near gorgeous homes,

If hosting ever becomes an Olympic sport, Yvette and Seiji will take the gold.
Yvette was quick to provide detailed communication despite the fact that I changed my travel dates on her several times. I was happy to arrive to Portland feeling comfortable that my accommodations were taken care of. We arrived late and check in was a breeze.
The room and apartment were immaculate and stylishly decorated, as was our private bath. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well.
The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet still walkable, with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. Yvette readily shared her deep knowledge of the city with us, providing plenty of recommendations and ideas.
I would recommend this room to even the pickiest of my friends.
I had a great time staying Yvette & Seiji's place. Beautiful&safe neighborhood, very friendly host and clean room. Plus I loved the furniture that Yvette repaired!
