• Only 40 minutes to Yosemite’s south gate via Hwy 41, or 1 hour to the western arch rock entrance in Yosemite Valley via Hwy 140.
• Bass lake is only 30 minutes away.
• Don’t worry, there’s a gas station, restaurant, and convenience store only one mile away.

Guests have complete and private access to the house, pool, hot tub, and decks.

• No Parties. No Pets. No smoking.
• No additional guests without prior approval.
• No excessive noise after 10pm.
county road to home is gravel and does have some ruts in it. Please drive slowly.
