The space
Located inside an elegant Victorian red brick bow front townhouse built in 1860, this beautiful studio is pristinely clean and comfortable with contemporary furnishings and finishings. Our location is in an urban environment, abutting a busy French bistro which is open until 11 pm. If bustling city vibes aren’t your thing, it may not be the right fit; as there is often sound and ambient light from the restaurant next door. Sliding glass doors onto the gated patio are fitted with darkening privacy shades.

Contemporary designer touches abound in this unique open floor plan space. It features a full Poggenpohl European designer kitchen with Bosch and Miele appliances including full size refrigerator, oven, drip coffee maker, and dishwasher, washer and dryer. Our vintage Eames chair circa 1960 is in company with needle point pillows of Picasso paintings by Jules Pansu of France. We adorn the space with fresh flowers which add pops of color, as does our collection of 1950s Russel Wright and Shawnee pottery.

Accordion glass doors fold open up onto a sleek bluestone tiled garden. A sparkling clean, petite white bathroom is finished with subway and hexagon tiles and has a sliding barn door. A tv is available for your viewing via Apple TV. Complementary coffee and tea are provided. Food and drink mini bar available with lots of snacking options.

This is a highly personal experience, where, although you will have total privacy, we are also here to help when you need us as we are onsite in a unit upstairs. It is not a random lock box accessed property that rotates through heavy use without a deep cleaning, but rather a cherished space that we, the homeowners use, when we aren't hosting guests. Therefore, the apartment is always kept in perfect condition, and this is the reason the occupancy of the space is for the sole use of the person(s) on the booking. Kindly take a look at our house policies which prohibit visitors and entertaining. This allows us to maintain our high level standards of cleanliness and safety. We will welcome you upon arrival and provide any information you may need to make your stay in Boston comfortable. We have fresh towels, washcloths, sheets and blankets for both the fold out couches and will have beds prepared for you. We are delighted to provide our guests with on call 24 hour check in. Please note our late check in after 9pm arrival: $50; after 11pm $75 after 12am $100, after 1am $150.
