Higgins Lakefront Apres Beach Cottage - The Scandinavian style cottage is available ALL YEAR for you to relax & enjoy no matter the season. Private beach on Higgins Lake. Dip your toes in the water while enjoying the paddle boards and kayaks during the day, gather for beautiful sunsets in the adirondack beach chairs snuggled around the campfire each evening.

Other things to note
MANDATORY GUEST REGISTRATION:
To comply with local Roscommon County and Gerrish Township ordinances, the primary guest must provide their full legal name and current residential address. The Host will message the Primary Guest the Rental Agreement within the Airbnb message center to be completed and returned to Host via the same message system prior to check in day. Lock box code will be provided once this requirement has been met and the cottage is ready for your arrival.

There are no parties, events, added guests allowed. The max number of guests on premises is limited to the max number of registered guests allowed which is 4 including any children.

All adult guests are required to register themselves within the reservation prior to the check in day. All guests are required to read and acknowledge/confirm within the reservation message that they have read the check in and House Rules details. Please share the rules with all guests. Any guest not registered within the reservation will need to vacate the property.

Registered guests are prohibited from inviting other people onto the property or into the cottage.

There is no boat mooring onsite. If you would like to bring your boat or you plan to rent a boat during your stay, AT RESERVATION BOOKING. you are required to message the Host requesting approval and for important details relating to a boat.

The beach is 50’ wide -the property lines are clearly marked well. On the left side of the beach the property line is marked by large rocks and the right side of the beach marked by a railroad tie. You are welcome to relax and play within the 50’ of beach and lake that's my property.

We do not have a dock.

Party's / Weddings / Family Reunion type of events are not allowed.

Fireworks are prohibited

Small campfires are welcomed, bonfires are not.

Loud music is not allowed at any time.

Bluetooth speakers are prohibited.

There is a noise ordinance to adhere to - thank you.

Be mindful of the volume of your voice during the day and during quiet hours being respectful of the neighbors also enjoying their homes and lakefront properties.

Onsite parking is limited to a max of 2 vehicles only. Two vehicles can park end to end on the right side of the sidewalk. NO parking is allowed across the road from the cottage. NO parking on the left side of the sidewalk.
