Jean Philippe and Xuong were the perfect hosts. We arrived early at their apartment and Philippe welcomed us with coffee, a video showing highlights of Geneva, and allowed us to leave our luggage early. He answered all questions and gave great suggestions for places and restos. We would see them in the living room and they were always very friendly and engaging that we would end up conversing with them for a while. The apartment was a perfect location, just a few blocks away from the main train station, a 5 minute walk away. They were in a good neighborhood in a very safe building that needed a code for both the building door and the elevator. The room itself was very cozy, comfy bed, very clean, good sized bathroom and shower. Our benchmark for a perfect airbnb stay!
My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Philippe and Xuong's apartment in Geneva! Great location for our quick one night stay and they were so helpful. The room was nice and clean and we had everything we needed!
Jean-Phillipe was the best host. His apartment is a very short walk from the train station. The building has an elevator (a definite plus). One bedroom is on the main floor of the flat; the other is up a short spiral staircase. We stayed in the upstairs bedroom, which had everything we needed. The bathroom was fully equipped & the cable TV was very good. J-P provided us with an audio tour for 2 walking tours in the city, and a brochure for the bike rentals. He answered all our questions and was very helpful. The flat, our bedroom & bathroom were very clean. I highly recommend & would definitely want to stay with Jean-Phillipe and Xoung when I return to Geneva. Thank you for your hospitality!
The apartment and room were exactly as described. Hosts were excellent, great communication, very welcoming and helpful. We stayed only one night, but got loads of advice from them and a great audio tour guide around the city! Highly recommend it.
The hosts were extremely welcoming and gave us an excellent break down of Geneva and what we could do while we were there. The apartment was within walking distance to all of the main attractions of the city (including the train station). The room was very clean and we liked how we almost had an "apartment within an apartment"; we had our privacy as we were on our own floor but could still seek advice from the hosts when going downstairs. They recommended excellent restaurants for us to try and helped us plan what we could do each day. It is very apparent that they enjoy being hosts and that they also want every guest to have a great experience. They even went as far as to provide maps and an audio-guide to help us explore the city. Overall, a great experience and we would highly recommend staying here. Next time we go to Geneva we would definitely stay here again!

We've had guests of one kind or another occupying my spare rooms for most of life - I enjoy having guests, and love to entertain, but we can appreciate giving people their own quiet space as we also need our own privacy.
We are happy to hear from people around the world to share and exchange with them. We try to introduce them to life in Switzerland.
