Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Jean-Philippe and Xuong Garde were amazing hosts. My wife and son visited their wonderful home, and beautiful city for one night. They gave us coffee and provided city maps and a tourist guide to orient ourselves with Geneva, since it was our first time in the city. When Jean-Philippe learned that my wife was breastfeeding, he went out and bought decaffeinated coffee for her! They are the most gracious hosts we have ever met. The apartment is fabulous, and very well located in the center of the city. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to all of my friends. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

  • Thank you to Jean-Philippe & Xuong for your kindness and disponibility as well as you welcomed help to find all the places we had to go.
For sure we remember you for next time when we will be in Geneva!

  • Best stay in Geneva, by far! Jean-Fillipe and Xuong were incredible hosts - they were so welcoming and helpful, even helped us navigate the city and find great places to eat!

The room was excellent - bright, spacious and the en-suite bathroom was perfect. The bed was super comfortable. Since you're in a loft, you have great views of the mountains and can even see Mont Blanc in the distance.

The room was immaculately clean and well put together - even compared to some hotels I've stayed I before.

I highly recommend staying with JF and Xuong. They really deserve 5-stars and I look forward to staying with them again.

  • Jean-Philippe and Xuong's home and hospitality deserve the five stars it receives. It was the perfect place to settle into for a work trip - clean, well and tastefully furnished, perfectly located near Cornavin Gare and, with one's own floor, very private. Jean-Philippe and Xuong were both kind and accommodating, allowing me to "check in" right from my morning airport arrival, to leave the next day at my leisure, and to keep my bags there and retrieve them much later on my check out day. Moreover, without hesitation they allowed me use their printer and even helped me to trouble shoot it - a great amenity when one is working.. I'll be sure to check on the availability of their apartment again the next time I am in Geneva.

GLBT bienvenus Jean-Philippe: I am French, I came to Switzerland for 2 weeks vacation and I never left for nearly 20 years. I lived in Geneva and also in Lausanne. I am a nurse, and I became nurse manager. I then shifted to run a restaurant in Geneva. Today I give a new life to my career for years to come. Likes: foreign languages, traveling, movies, reading, cooking, eat well, spend evenings with friends, meet new people, hiking. I speak French, English, Spanish, German I'm doing and I understand Italian. I love to cook, so if you come at the right time, I may have been baking and you'll get to share with a cup of tea or coffee or vietnamese coffee. Xuong: I am Vietnamese, I arrived in Switzerland in November 2012. I'm learning French at the moment I'm not working. I love Vietnamese food, play tennis on PS3, cinema, sea, meet people, the countryside, out with friends, traveling. I speak Vietnamese, English, Mandarin, Cantonese and I started the French. We've had guests of one kind or another occupying my spare rooms for most of life - I enjoy having guests, and love to entertain, but we can appreciate giving people their own quiet space as we also need our own privacy. We are happy to hear from people around the world to share and exchange with them. We try to introduce them to life in Switzerland. GLBT Friendly
