Welcome to your private oasis in the heart of Sunbow. This cozy retreat offers a serene environment for your stay, just minutes from Otay Ranch and a short 15-minute drive to the beach, downtown and walking distance to Starbucks and Ralphs

The space
As you arrive, you'll have exclusive access to your own gated entrance on the right side of the house.

Inside, you'll find two freshly remodeled private bedroom suites. The unit includes a refrigerator, a coffee maker (with coffee, tea and sugar provided), a toaster, a microwave, so you can start your day just the way you like it.

For your comfort, we offer a laundry room to make your stay even more convenient. Stay entertained with a TV featuring HBO, Netflix, and stay connected with high-speed WIFI.

PLEASE NOTE:

The unit has three rooms which contains two beds for two and couch in the living room. The couch is not a sleeping sofa (not collapsing). It is good for 5 guests. It can comfortably fit 4 adults and 1 kid (couch). Additionally, we provide a twin folding bed, which you’ll find in one of the closets in the room, along with an extra blanket and sheets.

Guest access
The suite is connected to the right side of the main house, but your access is entirely private. The unit is on the second floor of two story house - entire second floor.

It is attached unit to the house (entire second floor). The entrance on the right side of the house, you would enter from garage side to the unit. UNIT #1

PLEASE NOTE:
There is another guest suite attached to the house (main house). Please read amenities carefully as the unit is not equipped with kitchen and AC, but we have fans for guests convenience in each room. The unit is roughly 600ftsq

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:
If you have one car, please park on the curb directly in front of the house.
If you have more than one car, please park down the hill at the end of the street.
🚫 Please do not park on the curb in front of our neighbors’ houses.

PETS: Our listing is pet-friendly, and we’re happy to welcome pets with a small $10 fee per dog or cat. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required.

We allow small dogs (up to 20–40 lbs). For the comfort and safety of your pets and the home, dogs and cats must be kept in a crate or carrier whenever guests are away from the unit. Violation of our pet policy is considered a serious breach of house rules, and such reservations may be subject to cancellation.
