We have a twin room (two single beds that can be made into a double bed) available, at £28 per night. There are wardrobes and drawers, plus TV and tea /coffee facilities. Its very comfortable and ideal as a base whilst exploring the beauty that is Torquay, named the English Riviera due to its strong sunlight and magnificent coastline. Guest's can expect a warm welcome from us. Local shops and restaurants are a 5 minute walk from the apartment .Attractions within walking distance are a model village,a Victorian museum and wonderful views over Lyme Bay which gives a panoramic view of a quarter of the south coast of England.Further attractions such as bars, nightclubs, marinas, restaurants and retail shops are in Torquay 3 miles away at a cost of £2 on the bus. Torquay the home of Agatha Christie is where people come to holiday from either the rest of the UK or abroad. The unique position of Torquay within the lay of the bay and the wild barren hills of Dartmoor (National Park) gives it a mirco- climate that provides much warmer weather for longer than other parts of the UK which attracts the very essence of the French Riviera lifestyle with its cafe culture and lazy days around harbours and marinas until late into the evening. A truely wonderful place to visit.
Guests will have access to all the facilities in the house including the kitchen to prepare meals. wi-fi available.

Julie was away, but Steve made us feel very welcome. Bed was comfy, facilities were clean and breakfast was nice. Steve had reserved a car park for us and walked with us to the restaurant options. His recommendations for things to do were spot on. We loved the bus, boat and steam train trip to Dartmouth.
It was our second visit to Julie's B&B. Very comfortable room with lots of storage space plus TV. The hosts are quiet and you feel as though you have the entire place to yourself! They provided us with a lovely breakfast that you can help yourself to. The location is great with many shops and restaurants close by and some lovely walks along the coast.
I would like to say Julie and her husband are so lovely and friendly They gave to me and my partner a nice cup of tea and I felt welcoming The house and it's so cosy and clean. They gave to us a lot of information about the area and her husband take to us for a quick walk to show us the area.
I really recommend to stay with Julie is a wonderful experience. Also I have to say the area around the house is stunning the landscape is beautiful and the viewing nice.
Julie and Steve were fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble. I only stayed for 2 nights as I needed a base while I looked for permanent accommodation and I couldn't have been happier with my first Airbnb experience. Do not hesitate to stay here if visiting Torquay.
Julie was a great host. My sister and I were made to feel very welcome with a pleasant room with TV and WiFi. I have to say the breakfast was varied and excellent. Location was convenient with many shops close by. We travel to Torquay a couple of times a year and we would definitely like to stay again.
Brilliant hosts, so friendly and welcoming it was like staying with family, I felt like part of the family. Julie and Steve helped me settle into the area and knew what was worth doing and the best chip shop in the area, very important stuff!!
Bus away from town or short drive but there are local shops within 5 minutes walk with pretty much all your basics covered. Room is roomy and the flat has everything you need.
Great stay and very good value for money :)
