Villa Panorama is situated in the northwest part of the island 20 kilometers from the town of Corfu, in the village LIAPADES.....
Lat: (phone number hidden), Long: (phone number hidden)
Is a family business.......
Are appropriate and in part such that we can serve tourists walkers
and families .........
The road from the town of Corfu is very well up to the village (metalled) and can be visited by bus (3 times a day) from Corfu Town .........
The bus stops about 600 meters from the house, and if necessary I can make the transfer from the bus to the house I, with my car ...
Also another way is by taxi and costs about 30 -40 euro ..
If you like you can rent a car (which i believe that you need to go round the island of Corfu) lease of the many rental carς on the island.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms (approximately 24 square meters each).
One bedroom has two single beds and the other bedroom has a double bed.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The house has persuaded dining table (about 20 square meters).
with table for 6 people and 6 chairs, in a corner of the dining room, there are table for Computer ....
there is an open kitchen next to the dining room (about 9 square meters) and has, fridge freezer, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, golden oak, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, glasses, hood, cabinets and shelves to store things.
There is also toilet with shower (5 square meters)
The house also has a private balcony (28 square meters)
Situated less than 10 meters we have a washing machine for convenience of customers . The newly built house is in very good condition in a beautiful place, away from noise and within an olive grove. Has fantastic views to the north.
From the balconies overlook the beach of LIAPADES and directly opposite the beautiful palaiokastritsa.
Close to home and about 400 -500 meters are 3 beaches that you can go swimming and sunbathing, and which can be reached either on foot, which takes about 10 minutes by car up to a certain point (close enough).
Walking to the village which is about 400m on a good road, and all through the olive groves in about 10 minutes to reach the first houses of the village and meet the people who remained always smiling and kind . Τhere in the village square with cafes, minimarket, grills and middle of the square a large plane tree covered despite all the square ..... In the square there is also the largest church in the village called Saint Anastasia and worthwhile to beat in and see the inside and the pictures that exist ...
We stayed at the villa for 4 nights right at the end of the holiday season. We didn't meet Nikos but after finding the place we were greeted by Nikos' lovely mother, who didn't speak English but was very helpful nonetheless.
The villa was excellent value for money, lots of space, quiet, gorgeous views, and a general calm ambiance.
Trust me, unless you are a hardcore walker, rent a car as it is remote and there is nothing on your doorstep. This isn't a negative as it certainly adds to the charm of the place, but there are so many gorgeous spots nearby which would be nigh on impossible to reach without a car.
Overall, very happy and great value for money.
We had some gorgeous days in your apartment. The lovely view every day and the sunset in the evening from the balcony made our day! Everything was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. We particularly grew close to nikos parents, they lived in the apartment beside ours. In a few minutes you can stroll to the heart of the village, where you'll find Taverns, Bars and shops-and for sure, some really, really beautiful beaches. We also visited nikos tavern in paleokastrita and we have already eaten very nice greek food.
Thank You! Ευχαριστω!
We had a nice and quite stay at Villa Panorama.
Unfortunately we never met Nikos, but only his greek speaking but very friendly parents.
We really enjoyed our holiday on Corfu!
Nikos was very helpful from before our arrival till the end of the stay.
The place was basic but with a lovely view and the area was one of the best on the island. We did not have a car and rented one for one day to explore the island but it was not necessary for our stay at Liapades if you don't mind walking. We stayed two weeks and had a great time.
Great quiet and peaceful location. Huge room! I would recommend a vehicle (applicable to anyone staying on Corfu) although it is easy to walk to the Liapades town area where there are plenty of tavernas.
The name of the apartment "Villa Panorama" says it all...
We had an absolute great view on Liapades bay from the balcony of the apartment and really enjoyed the view on the surrounding mountains each morning during breakfast. We had even a nice side view to the old fortress Agelokastro in north-west direction.
The apartment is reached via a small road through a lovely olive grove about 500 meters from the main road down to Liapades bay/ Gefyra beach.
The rooms are clean and the complete apartment is in a very good shape.
The lessor Nikos Bozikis was very nice and obliging. If something was missed or we needed an information we just asked and got at once a repsonse respectively what we missed. It was also very comfortable, that after about each three to four days the towels were completely exchanged.
We also can warmly recommend the restaurant "Limani" of Nikos in Paleokastritsa, just about 10 minutes away from the apartment with a car.
There are about 500 meters away from the apartment on the main road down to Liapades bay/ Gefira beach several Bars and Tavernas and two small super markets. A little bit more in direction to the small village Liapades there are two bakeries. So everything you need is nearby and can also be reached by feet.
Nevertheless we would anyway recommend to rent a car to be able to discover the whole island.
In summary we enjoyed our vacation in Villa Panorama, it was one of our best holidays, and we would come back every time. Big thanks to Nikos for this great offer in airbnb.
We had a 10 night stay, the apartment was beautifully situated and the view from the terrace was amazing. We saw buzzards each evening and thanks to Peter (who lived on site) we explored the surrounding area extensively on foot. There are several good tavernas about 10-15 minutes walk away. Liapades village square is well worth a visit. Rovinia beach is a short walk from the apartment and stunning and quiet. You can use local holiday apartments to make use of their pools, which we did the locals were all very friendly and welcoming. We walked to Paleo a few times, short cut through the woods! And had some delicious meals at Nikos restaurant Limani. We would thoroughly recommend a visit, this was our first trip to Corfu and it surpassed our expectations!
