Relax with the family or gather with friends, at this peaceful, place to stay. Ocean Ridge is a beautiful, quiet local neighborhood located in the Green Hill area of South Kingstown and central to many gorgeous beaches, surfing spots, restaurants, parks and golf courses.
Our home was completely renovated in 2021. The clean crisp modern design sets the perfect vibe to relax and enjoy your escape. We welcome dogs up to 50 lbs.

The space
As you enter our home step down into a welcoming living room and new, well appointed kitchen. Walk thru kitchen and step outside onto a beautiful, quiet patio with large yard and grill area.
Upstairs you will find two cute bedrooms with queen beds, relaxing arm chairs for reading. One bedroom has desk set up for remote working and an iron is located in closet. Both rooms have AC and baseboard heat, and large closets.
Full bathroom, shower and tub located centrally in hallway between bedrooms. Bright, clean and well appointed.

Guest access
Guest have full access to entire house and property.

Other things to note
Beach essentials: 2 beach chairs, 2 camp chairs, umbrella, 1 bogey board. and four beach towels with 2 beach bags.

Full size stackable laundry unit located in first floor bath. Detergent provided and stored under sink.

Seasonal window AC units in bedrooms and living area are installed during last week of June and removed at the end of September.

Clothesline for drying beach towels is placed next to outdoor shower and simply is extended to eyelet on shed. Once strung out simply lock line with loop grip on coil/holder.

For pets we provide leash/lead attached to shed along with water bowl and waste bags. Please pick up after your pet.

Back yard is private and fenced on three sides, but one side of house remains with open access.
