Feel the Caribbean breeze in this fully equipped studio located on the coastal town of Fajardo. Enjoy the pristine beaches in the cays, a tropical rainforest, marinas, local sea food, live music and more. Only 45 mins from SJ int airport

The space
Studio converted to 1 room. Located on a HIGH floor with breathtaking views. Modern and fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge. Cookware, dinnerware and flatware are also provided. The building has a laundry area in the ground floor, with washer and dryer. FREE closed parking.

Since I dont live close we have a self checkin system in place.
We will provide you the keys to common areas like swimming pool kids outdoor area, playground, tennis court, basketball court. 2 car parking, close gated community, 24/7 security. Walking distance marina. We recommend to RENT a car.
IMPORTANT: Remember this is not a hotel so your check-in has to be during the designated hours. We do not accept check ins after 11pm.

PLEASE!!!! Read carefully BEFORE booking.
Be aware that the ferry to Culebra and Vieques has been moved to Ceiba town (15 minutes drive).
This is a studio converted into a one bedroom so air conditioning in bedroom ONLY. Remember we live in a tropical island and specially during summer is very hot. There is a full size futton in the living room, for 1 or 2 people (depending on size) (NO AC).
We strongly recommend to close the front gate and leave the door open so you can feel the tropical breeze getting in and hear the waves. It's very safe! Please note that during the weekends the area is VERY BUSY and close to the marina, so you will hear a LOT of live sometimes loud music and boats. This is not a hotel so your check-in has to be schedule in advance. We do not receive guests after 11pm. We STRONGLY recommend for you to rent a car since PR doesn't have good public transportation, there's no Uber or Taxis in the area. If you decide not to rent a car you will have to pay a lot in taxis (if you find one). Remember We had a major hurricane recently that destroyed us and PR is not fully recovered. The apartment conditions are great but the building suffered damage and some areas are not fully recovered and is under reconstruction. Theres a possibility of an island wide black out since eletric grids are very weak after hurricane.
We like to be clear with our place, so what you see is what you get. We don't want you to be surprised for things that are CLEARLY explained in our listing.
The closest beach and restaurants are 5 to 7 mins drive from apartment. NO walking distance! YOU WILL NEED TO RENT A CAR (like every town in PR).

This is a closed gated condo, very safe and peacefull. With 24 hour security and free parking.
BE AWARE that the ferry to culebra and Vieques has been move to Ceiba town and now it takes about 15 minutes drive. We STRONGLY recommend that you rent a car to explore the area, the apartment is Walking distance to Villa Marina where you take the catamaran for water adventures. NO pool at the moment and will be ready after summer 2019.
