Description

The space

My apartment is located in the heart of the vibrant and lively Nørrebro in Copenhagen. It has two rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen big enough to have a dinning table for 6 people. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a couch and a possibility for an extra madras in the living room - so 4 people will fit.

Since the apartment is on the 4th floor there is a great light in all rooms and also a nice quiet atmosphere even though you are in the heart of Nørrebro.

The apartment is decorated with a modern scandinavian touch. From the kitchen there is a door out to a beautiful balcony with the possibility to make a great barbecue. The balcony has a view to the court yard.

In the living room there is room for both cozy times in the couch in front of the fireplace and for study or work at the desk.

Nørrebro is my personal favorit spot in Copenhagen. The neighborhood is young hip and cozy. There is a lot of small local shops, cafes and restaurants. The lovely 'Assistens Kirkegård' (The assistens cemetery) is right next to the apartment. This is not a normal cemetery for the people in Copenhagen. We use it as a park to have fun in, enjoy the sun in or to have a run in. The great writer Hans Christian Andersen is burried here. It's a lovely place to have when you want to have a break from all the bikes and traffic.

As a guest you will have access to everything in my flat of course, but also the court yard with benches and space for bikes etc.

You are in walking distance from Skt. Hans Torv and all the great bars, cafes etc. surrounding the square, Guldbergsgade is also just a short walk away and you will find an old cinema and again good cafes and a bakery.
"The lakes" and the centre of Cph is 10 min walk away.

You can take a bus towards the centre and one of the biggest station (Nørreport) in Cph from the other side of the road. From Nørreport you can get anywhere in either metro, s-train, regular trains or buses.

I'm a graphic designer living in Copenhagen. I love hanging out at cafées with my friends and to spend time with my family a bit outside the city. I travel a lot and love to get inspired by other cities and different cultures. Design, art and handcraft are some of the things i like to explore during my travels and generally in the everyday live in Copenhagen.
