For Mid term stays: Rates begin at $2,500 a month with a first’s month’s rent deposit of $2,500 + a refundable Damage Deposit of $2,500. Utilities are included and a Monthly Condition check and cleaning is required. Additional screening is also required after booking a short stay first. All communications must be through AirBNB at all times.
