My house is 5 minutes walk from the center of Delft, 5 minutes from the bus, tram and train station and close to roads to The Hague and Rotterdam.
Ten minutes walk to the technical Universaty of Delft. There is allso public transport to the University.
The sitting room, kitchen, toilet, office / library are located on the ground floor, Downstairs. On the first floor is a double bedroom. The second floor has a shower and toilet and a small bedroom for two people. The house is centrally heated and is equipped with a refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Fresh linen and towels will be provided.
The beautiful and picturesque garden offers privacy and the ability to read a book and have a glass of wine.
In the center of Delft with its many restaurants and several on display. Historical sites.
july 16, 17 and 18 there is the Delft Jazzfestival.
On you can find information about what there is to do in Delft.
From Shiphol its easy to get to Delft and my house by train with a change at Leiden station. On the same platform at Leiden there will be a train leaving to Delft. Delft station is 5 minutes walk to my house.
If you have lots of luggage I can pick you up with my small toyota Yaris.

TAKE YOUR OWN SLIPPERS OUR BOOTIS WITH YOU
I would prefure not to walk with outdoor shoes in the house.
The slippers and booties in the basket at the corridor can be worn. They are washed and clean.
Used slippers and booties can be put outside of the basket on the floor.
From outside to inside, you need two keys:
1. long key to ublock top and bottom
2. the small key for the central lock to be able to enter the house after unlocking the lower and upper.
To lock and unlock the door from the inside, your only using the long key.
Please keep Front door locked at bedtime and absence
In the living room you can open all the cabinets to find what you need. For example plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, , tablecloths etc.
For some privacy at nigh you can close the blinds by pulling down the thread/ rope to the left. When stocked halfway, gently pull down with one hand while pulling the rope with the other hand..
• TV on and off, your doing on top of the TV
• With the gray remote you can choose channels
• The black control is for the volume

The right front burner does not work
All burners, press, turn left, count to 10 and let the button slowly come up.
Turn the button to the left, then 200 degrees appears on the display.
Turn the button left to decrease and right for higher temperature.
Do not use. It crackles and I do not know what that might mean. Still no solution.
Hand and drying towels

A stock of waste bags can be found in the plastic bag holder under the radio in the kitchen, front of the stove.
Waste can be disposed in the waste containers. These can be found on the right side around the corner of the street.
Please Keep closed when sitting outside our whatever.
We do not want cats and mice unnoticed enters the house.
I would appreciate it if you consider my office as private.
