Please be aware this historic building was constructed in 1900, so insulation between floors and in the brick walls is limited and can contribute to noise within the unit even from outside sources beyond our control.

Other things to note
There is no parking at the building. Street parking is available on Commercial Street and Fore Street and can be paid via the Passport App ($5.00 every 2 hours but you will need to move your car after 2 hours or they will ticket you). Parking is free on holidays and Sundays and from from 6p-9a everyday.

The closest parking garage is located on Fore Street, just up Dana Street. Please check with them for daily and nightly rates.
