Enormous eclectic artist loft downtown. One flight walk up to this 2000sf vintage loft accross the street from the PPG arena, steps to downtown, duquene university and Mercy hospital. Enjoy the chefs kitchen, quality linens, 2 king memory foam mattress, laundry, antique furnishings and random vintage tunes. A one of a kind home base, for your visit to pittsburgh.

The space
One floor walk up to this giant loft with a rear private bedroom and a semi private room in the front with drop down king size memory foam Murphy bed. Enjoy a full kitchen, vintage tunes, original artwork, antiques, large flat screen tv and a giant book collection. Quality linens, a “mirror” by peloton work out equipment. Other things to note
It’s a walk up building. The building is on a hillish street, so the main entrance is a single flight of stairs up to the loft, while the back entrance is a small stoop directly into the rear bedroom. It’s set up as an open loft with one private bedroom in the back with an attached walk in closet and full bathroom with shower. The price seen in the listing is for 2 guests, the loft can accommodate a total of 4 guests- but there is an additional charge of $50 per guest per night in addition to the per night price with parties over two guests, The other king size bed is semi private as it is housed in a standing partition that separates the living and dining rooms. The half bath does not have a shower.
