Somerset is one of Marco Island's most highly desirable waterfront condominium complexes. It is here, on the 9th floor of the beautiful Somerset building that you will find this fully furnished unit. This condo features a stunning lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, front sitting area, three spacious bedrooms, and outdoor shaded patio overlooking the beach.

The space
When you enter the home, you will immediately notice an intimate foyer area, complete with loveseat and side tables. This is a quiet and cozy place to prop open your laptop and check emails or enjoy a quiet conversation with family and friends.

The kitchen features stunning granite countertops and backsplashes, custom cabinets, decorative light fixtures that hang from the ceilings, and an expansive breakfast bar with four comfortable high-top seats. Here, you can whip up your family's favorite meals or quickly reheat leftovers from the beach café down the street. This gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, and all the kitchen gadgets you need to cook meals just like you do at home. The open kitchen overlooks the lounge area, and from here you have unobstructed views of the ocean.

The luxurious living room features a high-end tan-colored sectional sofa, two leather armchairs, and two additional wicker armchairs, all around a vintage wooden coffee table. A soft area rug adds texture and color to the room, and a flat-screen TV sits on top of an elegant entertainment center. Recessed lighting along the perimeter of the room as a warm glow to the living room in the evening, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors overlooking the ocean allow plenty of natural light to flood the room.

The master bedroom features a King size bed with name brand linens and a stunning hardwood headboard. This room features high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to a private entrance to the patio. One of the highlights of this incredible master suite is the spa-inspired bathroom. This spacious, wraparound bathroom features granite countertops, complete with his and her sinks and wall mirror. The walk-in shower is enclosed with a rain-shower feature. This immaculate bathroom features plenty of plush towels, locally inspired artwork and top-of-the-line finishes.

The second bedroom features an ultra-plush King size bed with high-quality linens. This private bedroom has plush carpeting, a vintage style dresser to keep all of your belongings and clothing organized, decorative light fixtures, island-inspired artwork, and a private bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors and rain shower features, along with an elegant vanity and storage space.

Bedroom number three is located directly off of the front foyer of the home. This beautiful space has classic wooden elements throughout. This bedroom has a Queen size bed, plush carpeting, two nightstands, and a large dresser.

This beautiful condo unit allows guests to transition from indoor living to outdoor entertainment seamlessly. Slide open the glass doors from the lounge area, and you are on your very own private waterfront balcony. This outdoor terrace features a high-end outdoor dining set, making it an excellent place for dinner overlooking the beach.

Guests who stay in Somerset have unlimited access to the community’s five-star amenities including the resort-style pool, tennis courts, and fitness center.
