In order to guarantee a serious rental, we will ask you for a deposit when you arrive at the villa. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay deducted from electricity costs.

We require the collection of passport details of all tenants as per law of immigration requirements, where you will be registered at the TM30 immigration system

Tenants will be held fully responsible for any charges resulting from damages caused during the stay

We also offer concierge services to make your stay even more pleasant, such as vehicle/scooter rental, airport transfer, housekeeping and in-home massage!
