Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom villa close to Hua Hin town center. Equipped with a full western kitchen, A/C, hot water, modern decor and furniture. For your entertainment there is a LCD TV, DVD and Stereo. Internet &WIFI.You will enjoy the refreshing swimming pool steps from the front door.
The villa is beautifully landscaped with tropical bushes and flowers. There is a covered front terrace with outdoor seating which is raised above the garden to provide excellent views of the swimming pool and mountains. To the side is a car port and a garden. The whole house is surrounded with a 1.8 metre wall and the boundries have been planted with fragrant bushes and palm trees to provide privacy.
There is a salt water swimming pool only steps from the front terrace. This provides a haven for cooling off, relaxing, or some serious exercise. Next to the swimming pool is a quiet sitting area with a garden.
Beautiful clean house and a great host .Near the centre of town and local markets.Would stay again 5☆☆☆☆☆
Immaculate and spacious, right next to the pool, as promised, yet private because there are no other condos on either side or across the lane. Cooperative caretaker minutes away. Best if you have transportation; it's a hike to stores and miles from the beach. Also, there is no washer or dryer. But this is a great stay for the price.
Everything is great about this place. Pool just few steps away and we have it ourselves the whole time we were there too. The house keeper is really helpful; kitchen equips with cooking utensils. There's a local Thai restaurant just right next to the entrance of the village and it just takes 5 mins by foot. The "Pad Thai" noodles there were simply delicious. Across the village has a seven eleven which is really convenience. Beach is 10 mins drive away. Highly recommended! :)
The only negatives: One of the room does not have air-con, and the one in living room wasn't working well even we lower down the temperature.
Well most enjoyable stay at the villa with 3 bedrooms a good size lounge and kitchen and a place to sit outside if wish to, the good parts was everything that you would need is there for the stay IE: bedding & towels plates pots and pans but could have done with a kettle for the morning brew but used a pan to boil the water.
pool only just a few steps outside the villa gate and we had it to are self with nobody else using it, only seen it cleaned once in the week but they could have done it on the days we went to the beach that is only a 10 min drive away unless you want to get away from the town beach like we did and then it's up to you what part of the beach you go to (very long about 2k long).
There is only 1 criticism that is only are view, that the main bed was to hard and my gf is Thai and she said the same should have changed with the kids think their's was a bit softer.
other than that everything was fine and would come again an tell others to give (email hidden) car or bike would help you around there was a local pick-up bus but don't know where it takes you.
Really great place,10min drive to center HuaHin
(It´s easier and cheaper to rent a car or a motobike than take a tuktuk or other when you stay long time)
Beautiful and clean home , the swiming pool was just for us ,we have not seen nobody else
Neighborood peaceful and quiet, we don ´t even notice the train...
If we come back to Hua hin ,it´s sur, we ´ll go Craig´s villa.
We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. After 4 months of traveling in Asia, this was the largest accommodation we had and certainly the best value.
The villa is very nice. It is a good layout and is well decorated for a rental place. The pool is literally 15 seconds away from the front door and we had it to ourselves every day.
A fully operating Western kitchen was advertised but when we arrived the 3 gas burners on the stove weren't working. We realized that there was no gas hooked up to the stove so we had one electric burner. As we were only staying for a week, it didn't really make a difference but if you are looking at a long-term rental, you will want to make sure that you have gas hooked up for the stove.
The location was a bit challenging as you either need to spend money on tuk-tuks or taxis which can add up at 200 -300 baht per trip into town or you will need to rent a scooter. We opted for the scooter and although it was heavier traffic than my husband has driven in, we had a good experience. You can walk to some good local restaurants - we ate at Burger 2, a wonderful Thai restaurant about 15 minutes walk away. However, to eat at any of the restaurants listed on Trip Advisor for example, you will need to go into town.
The railroad tracks are a very short distance from the villa and the trains run several times a day and night. If you are a light sleeper, you may be disturbed. Otherwise, it wasn't a nuisance.
The caretaker is Thai, is a lovely woman but speaks very, very little English. There isn't really anybody that speaks English at the complex so that may be a bit of a challenge if you need lots of help, directions or advice. However, we were there in very low season (July) and perhaps other owners/tenants with Thai and English will be around to assist if necessary.
Lastly, the complex is not finished construction. The villa beside this one has been started but during our visit, no one was working on it. So if noise is an issue, you will want to check that there is no construction happening next door.
Overall, we loved this place. We wish we could have stayed longer as it was truly a delight to have our own place, a house and a lovely one at that with a pool right next door.
