There are 3 rooms rented on AirBnB in this apartment so you will be sharing it with me and other guests. This is so much fun! We often end up with an eclectic group from all over the world coming together for coffee in the morning and drinks around the neighborhood.

The Neighborhood

Williamsburg is the best! You will be right around the corner from vintage boutiques, Michelin restaurants, nightlife, a thriving music scene, food trucks and great transit options, from the water taxi to streets easily traveled by foot.

Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Great location, just several blocks from subway, steps away from cafes, bars, deli, and awesome bagel shop. Parking was convenient. We met Alex on our first night, who was very welcoming and gave us suggestions for places to go. And was luckily enough to cross paths with the famous Julian! Very chill, nice guy. It was easy getting in and out of the apartment. We weren't there too much since we came into the city to visit friends. Some updating can be done, it was a little warm in the living room, but it was very hot the weekend we stayed. Overall, good price for location! And yes, Friday was very friendly! Thanks again Julian!

  • Me and my friend stayed in this super SUNNY APPARTMENT for a week.
    We had so much fun!
We had the freedom to make this place our home at Williamsburg.
Unfortunately Julian was out of town (hope you enjoyed the world cup), but Alex was a great host, he really took good care of us, and even shared some time to hang out with us.
I loved Williamsburg and the location couldn´t be better!
Really closed to the subway that takes you to Manhattan.

A special chapter...Friday, the sweetest cat i´ve ever met, we really miss her!

I would definitely return to this appartment, my little place in NY.

  • Although I didn't have the opportunity to meet Julian, his friend Alex was very friendly and helpful when needed since Julian mixed up the building code and apartment number. Thanks, Alex, for responding quickly. The cat was the real host, always scratching at the door to let her in.

It's a new building in a nice neighborhood, away from all the Manhattan noise so you can get a decent sleep. It seemed very safe regardless of the time of day/night.

The apartment and room could have been cleaner. Would recommend a spring cleaning of the entire place as it doesn't look like in the pictures.

All in all, it was a nice stay. Meet some nice people during my short stay. Williamsburg is an excellent neighborhood to be in NYC.

  • Great experience!! Julian was out of town but his friend Alex was super nice, laid back and an overall great host. We stayed for four nights and ended up going out in Williamsburg every night... The apartment is in a great location, very near Bedford ave. which has tons of bars, restaurants and young people.

Our host Julian was there to help us get comfortable and made sure we had information we needed. Our room was also comfortable. We will make sure to stay there again on our next trip and recommend it very highly to others. Thanks Julian!!

I own/run a production company making films for clients from their home media and about their life experiences. Jolly, laid back, and open minded (closed to close mindedness). I enjoy thoughts and discussions in the hypothetical. In a nutshell I prefer "why not" to "why" On another note, I think cereal is humanity's high water mark, and I mean that in the most complimentary fashion.
