We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ryans. The indoor space was clean, comfortable, well appointed and beautifully decorated . We really enjoyed a couple evenings sitting outside visiting with friends in the fantastic back yard. Ryan was k8nd enough to let us stay an additional day on short notice. A-1!
Ryan's house was beautiful and exactly what the group was looking for with the outdoor patio and kitchen! He was warm and welcoming and we definitely will be coming back.
Our stay at Ryan's was our first AirBnB experience. It was perfect! My wife and I went to Salt Lake to house hunt, from the day I booked the stay, Ryan was already helping me out with plans including lining us up with a awesome realtor! Our stay felt like home from the minute we pulled up. It was clean, well decorated and all the accommodations we could ask for. It is located in a BEAUTIFUL neighborhood that we enjoyed walking through.
Nice, clean. Quiet neighborhood. Ryan is a great host and made sure our stay was comfortable.
We had a great trip and enjoyed the quite neighborhood, clean and roomy accommodations and had everything we needed. Good place to go for a run.
My 5 year old daughter, 22 year old son and i stayed hère oct.2014. We had à gréât expérience. Ryan was vert welcoming and we had everything we needed. Thé apt. Is beautifully décorated and thé Yard was à Wonderful spot for breakfast. Beds are vert comfortable. . Thé sugarhouse location was perfect for us. We hope to return!
My husband and I were in Ryan's place for two weeks while our son recovered from surgery. Ryan couldn't have been more responsive when we had questions, and was generous with his wonderful gas grill and beautifully landscaped and furnished back yard. I did a LOT of cooking and found the kitchen to be quite well stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. With two Whole Foods and a Kroger a short distance away, shopping was so easy. The spacious living room was perfect for a recuperating 20-something who needed televised and musical diversions. The neighborhood is attractive, walkable, and very friendly Thanks, Ryan, for a great stay in SLC!

I love the outdoors, which is why I live in Utah! Hiking, biking, running, snow sports, you name it I do it! I thrive on meeting new people and travel is one of my favorite ways to accomplish this. I have lived in or visited every continent and plan to keep exploring! I travel often to NYC and have had some great experiences with Airbnb hosts so I am going to give hosting a try!
