Our beautiful, newly renovated apartments are located on historic State St, directly in front of Pennsylvania's Capitol building. Just one step outside the front door will bring you architectural awe and wonder as you take in the timeless historical buildings all around you. This location is the hottest place to be in Harrisburg and in just minutes you can walk to all of Harrisburg's best restaurants, nightlife, activities and River Front.
Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building and boasts premium vinyl flooring throughout the entire unit. As you walk in the entrance you will see a cozy dinning area and stylish, modern living room with an elegant mounted electric fireplace. Take a look out the window for a perfect view of historic State St. The living room leads directly into the luxury style kitchen with cabinet space for ample storage, new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, French door refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, and microwave. Our marble countertop will give you plenty of space to make all culinary dreams come true and clean-up will be a breeze with our deep farmhouse sink with nozzle spray attachment.
Once you pass through the kitchen, you will come to a comfortable, cozy bedroom with a queen bed, ready to give you the best night's rest. The bathroom entrance boasts a gliding farmhouse door as you walk into a tiled bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and heated floor. Washer & Dryer are also included in our apartment. You will find great amenities and thoughtful touches through our entire home for your enjoyment.
Wait! There is more! Need a quiet place to work, meet with colleagues or burn off some stress and calories? We have a mini-gym and conference room located in the basement of our building for you to use. **Please note: This is a SHARED space available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis**

The entire apartment located on the 2nd floor is a private space dedicated to your enjoyment.
We also have a Wellness/Meeting area in the basement that you are welcome to use.
Wellness area: We have 2 pieces of cardio equipment (elliptical and treadmill) and a set of weights in this area.
Conference room: We have a table and 6 chairs. This is a great place for a quiet work set-up or have a meeting with colleagues.
**Please note: The Wellness area & Conference room are SHARED spaces and other guests may also be using these areas. They are available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis**

Parking Options:
Parking is available in front of the unit but is paid parking. You can download the "Parkmobile" app from the app store to set up an account and arrange payment. During normal metered times the cost is $4.35 per hour. Parking is free before 8 am and after 5 pm Monday through Saturday and free all day Sunday.
