This is an ideal location for visitors. This is modest but nice and completely private studio condo in the Gold Coast located across for the Lake (Oak street beach), near Water Tower Place, the Hancock Tower, and the Museum of Contemporary Art. The unit is also very small but has everything you need. It has a twin size bed and I will provide an air mattress if need it. The building also has many perks, salon, store, and dry-cleaners in building.
From the rooftop enjoy the Navy Pier spectacular fireworks every Wednesday at 9:30 p.m. and Saturday at 10:15 p.m.
The unit is 2 blocks from the public transportation stop ( trains and buses), right by Michigan Ave /Oak Beach for swimming, and the fabulous restaurants and nightlife of Rush Street.
It's in the heart of Chicago's most famous shopping district within easy walking distance to the lakefront trail, Navy Pier, and Oak and Ohio Street beaches. Occupancy by 2 people is comfortable. The twin size is comfortable for 1 person but I will provide a twin size air mattress if its 2 or 3 people if need it. Wifi available for an additional $30 fee. The place dont a Tv.

The building has a common roof deck with grills, tables, and chairs. There is also coin laundry in the building. The apartment was recently rehabbed - it is very clean and the kitchen appliances and plumbing fixtures are new.
Street parking is available sometimes.
I'm always happy to guide you around the city to the hottest, most notable destinations no matter what your budget, style, or interest.
Looking forward to hosting,
Tee set everything up. It was awesome to take a run and a swim in the lake and be able to walk to the loop and back thru shopping and gold coast. This is a small place; there's no TV (like that's what you are doing in Chitown) or internet (find a starbucks) but the deck on the roof is awesome and the people are super friendly. The dry cleaner downstairs sewed on a collar button for me before work and wouldn't take a dime, and the convenience store has everything you need - even alcohol and food - although without a table inside, I would recommend the incredible roof, This was a way cool experience.
This apartment is really cute. It is not appropriate for more than one person. Twin bed is on the soft side but very comfortable. The kitchen is fully functional for preparing a lite meal but not overly equipped for a full fledged gourmet. Location is fantastic. Easy walk from the metro at Division and Clark and 15 min to the loop. Roof deck is gorgeous with views of the city and the lake. Walking distance from Saturday farmers market, restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. I used Tee's place for a business trip and it was easily accessible for all of my meetings.
