Beautiful large and bright apartment with a sunny terrace flowered all the year.
In a nice residential area close to the center with all kind of facilities and well connected with frequent public transport.

The Terrace of the lemon trees is a beautiful apartment on the fourth floor of a building with lift in the residential area of Monteverde, adjacent to the center and very well connected to it and to the stations and the airport.
It is located at short distance from the stops of to the light rail 8 and of the bus H.
The apartment has a double living room overlooking a lovely furnished terrace, enjoyable for most of the year, and three bedrooms, the first two with double beds of 160 cm (5 feet and 3 inches) width, and, upon request, an additional single bed of 90 (cm -2ft and 11 inches), the third with a bed of 140 cm (4ft and 7 inches) wide and a comfortable loft bed of 90 cm.
There are two full bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower.
The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped, it has all appliances and a comfortable table.
In the living room there are dining table, television and video cassette player, complete PC workstation with printer and two sofas that can become two comfortable beds of 140 cm (4ft 7 inches).
Guests have access to the living room, terrace, kitchen and bedrooms, with respect to their numbers.
They can also use all the facilities of the apartment, the fully equipped kitchen, with coffee maker, toaster and kettle, the satellite television, wifi unlimited broad band connection, pc with printer, telephone for emergency and for communicating with us.
Interaction with guests
We will be glad to welcome our guests upon the arrival and we will be available to intervene if necessary. We will always be contactable.
Monteverde is a nice residential neighborhood rich of shops, supermarkets and services and very well connected to the center by public transport.
The apartment is easily accessible from the airport and the train stations.
In the district there are many restaurants, pizzerias, pastry shops and ice cream shops, also very well known and appreciated.
At walking distance there is the large outdoor market of Piazza San Giovanni di Dio.
The light rail 8 (Trastevere station and Piazza Venezia), the H bus (Trastevere statione, Piazza Venezia, Termini Station) and the night bus N8 (Trastevere station, Piazza Venezia, Termini Station) have their stops at three hundred mts, like the taxi station in Largo Ravizza.
Other things to note
The municipality of Rome has established a tourist tax of 3,5 euro per night per each non-resident person, aged 10 years and for up to seven nights.
We are required to collect it and to pass it on to the Municipality
We are also required to notify the police the stay and the identity of our guests, checking their documents.
So, to save time, please bring a copy with you or send it via email or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), before or at the moment of your arrival.
From our guests we expect fairness and respect for the apartment and the other inhabitants of the building, according to the rules of good manners and common sense and, in particular, avoiding noise, especially at night time.
The elevator doors are not automatic: it is always necessary to close them all carefully, both the internal and the external ones.
In the district it is carried out separate waste collection. In the apartment are available containers for it.
From Nov 22, 2016 - Feb 28, 2017 the minimum stay is 2 nights.
We visited many cities in many different countries.
From our experiences abroad, as travelers more than as tourists, we learnt that to appreciate fully a place is better to live there, as much as possible, as its inhabitants. Rifredi in Florence and Trastevere in Rome are certainly suitable neighborhoods.
