Utterly stunning! We arrived to Finca Vibran at sunset, Luis and Lilliana greeted us with (their own) coffee and tamales in their kitchen overlooking the hills and the setting sun. They showed us around the property, we got the see and taste coffee beans right form the plant. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable: wooden floors, plush towels, bathrobes, expensive bedlinen. It felt like a 5 star hotel but with an added personal touch. A perfect way to end our trip in Costa Rica and the airport was really easy to get to - just wish we had more time to spend at Finca Vibran.
Note: Airbnb map shows that Finca Vibran is based in Grecia when it's actually 10 km away from the town. Make sure you get exact directions before the trip.
What a perfect way to spend the last night of our honeymoon. The room was lovely, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the setting and views were spectacular, and they even decorated the bed with flowers! The walls were a bit thin (we unfortunately had some pretty loud neighbors who stayed up late and woke up early), but that was really our only issue. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful, and we were sad to leave.
The grounds were great - a little, private coffee plantation with cute gardens. Breakfast was included and was very nice. The directions to the place were terrible -- failed to direct us to the correct road out of town and used landmarks not visible from the direction of travel. If we hadn't had Google Maps we wouldn't have found the place -- so I recommend mapping your route before you leave. The experience with the host was a little odd. Perhaps they are new to the business of hospitality.
We're so happy you liked the property and the breakfast. The directions we provided were from the airport, and we've not had any issues with other guests that have used them. We would have been more than happy to provide other directions had you let us know you were coming from another location. We hope you and your husband enjoyed the rest of your stay in Costa Rica.
