Upon arrival we were met by Eileen and Muiris who helped us get settled and explained the ins and outs of the house. Scones, coffee, tea, and jam were waiting for us which was perfect for our later arrival. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was a great location for driving Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula, as well as exploring Killarney. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or hosts!

Eileen's and Eamonn's place is great place to stay. It was bright with ample space and immaculately clean. Eileen was a wonderful host and was kind enough to make us fresh scones and Guinness cake. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the Kerry/Killarney region.

Fabulous little cottage/house ideally located for touring Kerry's wonderful scenery. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. Our hosts were fabulous leaving home baked goodies for our arrival which were delicious. They made us feel very welcome indeed. Next time we go to Kerry we will stay again.

If I write something too positive here I'm afraid the competition to rent again will be too great! We are a family of 4 (2 kids) and I cannot imagine a better place to stay with kids. There are three bedrooms (2 full beds and 2 twin beds) so the kids had their own rooms. After a week of B&Bs in the same room this was heavenly. Huge picture windows that open take advantage of the million dollar views. Extra pillows and blankets were wonderful- we had to use some to cover windows since there is only about 5 hours of darkness in the summer and our kids were waking up at 4:00 when the light came in. But the blankets worked! Kitchen and main bathroom look like an upscale IKEA showroom. Great array of kitchen appliances and utensils for cooking (we ate in for breakfast and dinner and made picnics for our lunches) since we were just tired or eating out. The main road (Ring of Kerry) is just below the house so it could get a little noisy at night if the window was cracked open and it did take us about 30 mins to get into Killarney each day but it was worth it. There is a large field outside the house for kids to run around and play ball. A perfect setting for croquet. The closest town Killorglin (which we thought was more beautiful than Killarney) has an Aldi grocery store that is big and inexpensive. There is so much to do in this area (especially if the weather is nice) that we wish we'd have stayed a week longer. And of course our hostess was perfectly amazing. She is everything you imagine a friendly, helpful Irish person to be. I'm sure the reviews here make it nearly impossible for her to ever stop making scones but they were just wonderful after a long drive! Highly recommend this place that has been our favorite in all of Ireland after 12 days of traveling. Thank you!!
