Pleasant new fully equipped 13 m2 studio located near Cours Maréchal Gallieni, CHU (15 min walk) and Chaban Delmas Stadium (10 min walk).
Trams A and B are a 15-minute walk away.
Bus 1 or 24 to access Bordeaux city center directly, Bus 9 direct to reach the train station.

The space
Functional and bright fully equipped studio: sofa bed (new 15 cm very comfortable mattress), folding table and chairs, wardrobes and closet, TV, fully equipped kitchenette (dishes for two, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, glass hob, fridge, cooking utensils).
Linens are fully provided: sheets, as well as towels.
We also provide you with everything you need for a short stay in Bordeaux: garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, sponge, broom vacuum cleaner, shower gel, hairdryer, coffee pods and tea bags.
