Welcome to NEWLY BUILT Austin Pines Big Family cabin! Relax on a secluded 50 acre tree farm with 1/2 acre pond. 1800 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Nearly 2000’ off the nearest street, you will be surrounded by mature pine trees and dense forests. The front porch offers beautiful views of the pond with a fire pit to enjoy the star filled skies. Only 1 mile from Lake Erie and downtown Geneva on the lake, this location gives you the best in privacy and easy commute. 5 min to SPIRE

The space
Master bedroom with king bed and en suite full bath. Second upstairs mater bedroom with Queen bed and en suite full bath (with tub shower). First floor King bedroom. Large living area with 18’ ceilings. 1/2 bath to accommodate first floor guests. Giant slider doors give a clear view of the pond.
