Small self - contained studio apartment in the grounds of Grade 2 Listed Barn. Pretty and secluded Lymm 5 minutes ; Stockton Heath 10 minutes and 5-10 minutes urea walking distance to Little Manor and Pickering Arms, Thelwall.

Exclusive use of apartment facilities:- kitchen/sitting room; Bedroom, bathroom( WC/shower). .
Private entrance and patio
area ,entirely private and very quiet.. perfect for one guest - very snug for a couple due to limited storage.

The space
Highly sought after semi -rural location in South Warrington .
Secluded but not isolated ( 5 minutes drive from jct 20 M56/M6 motorways) - Manchester Airport 15 minutes; city centre Manchester, Liverpool & Chester - 40 mins by car or train.
Bank Quay and Warrington central Train stations are within 3 miles with regular trains to London in less than 2 hours.

The living space is small and compact comprising kitchen with sitting area and breakfast bar and sofa.(converts to single sofa bed). Perfectly suited for solo business traveller but can accommodate a couple ( limited storage ) or one adult and one child.

Separate bedroom - double bed: single sofa bed in living area.Very limited storage

Recreational walks along the Trans Pennine Way or Bridgewater Canal to picturesque village of Lymm with bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants (1 mile /5 minutes drive. Stockton Heath 3 niles/10 minutes offers numerous bars and restaurants
