This is a lovely small villa that is situated in a vineyard that grows shiraz and grenache. The land itself including the vineyard is 25,000 square meters. It is situated in an agricultural setting but also very close to all the beaches of Cesme. 7 kms from Cesme Center Yacht Marina, and 11 kms from Alacati Windsurfing Clubs. The closest beach is 1.5 kms and easily accessible by bike.
The guests have their own private terrace and garden to enjoy the views of the vineyard and the wonderful Aegean atmosphere.
The house and a private backyard, frontyard, closed terrace, 2 bathrooms, kitchen a double bed and a large sofa that sleeps an additional 2.
If you would like to be far away from the crowds that invade the area during the summer, yet still access all the fun whenever you want this is the ideal place to be.
The land includes a vineyard and another villa that is located about 50 meters away. You will be expected to respect the privacy of the other villa, as yours will be respected as well.
There are also 4 dogs on the premises, and 1 cat.
Excellent accueil malgré une arrivée tardive en raison des retards des différents avions. Au cours de notre séjour une très grande gentillesse et une très grande disponibilité de nos hôtes.
Logement parfaitement décrit et un environnement correspondant totalement à la description.
Having a calm and quiet time in Çeşme has become a very rare thing. For years i've been coming to Çeşme, and not a single hotel or house in Çeşme has ever given me the level of tranquility this house did. If you're more into the energetic mood of Çeşme, you won't be that far from Alaçatı or most of the beaches too.
With an extraordinary level of hospitality, occasional visits from the groundskeeper with fresh cut grapes from the vineyard, the company of the lovely dogs and a thoughtful decoration, this is my favourite vacation spot now.
We cannot recommend this private villa in Cesme/Alacati highly enough - it was an absolute idyll. The house is decorated in great taste and has everything you could need to cook, entertain, relax in a hammock or eat breakfast on the terrace. Like the reviewer before us, we found it hard to tear ourselves away from the hammocks, but when we did we found gorgeous beaches, fresh vegetable shops lining the roads, a relaxed vibe by Cesme harbour and beautiful cobbled streets in colourful Alacati. The house is situated in a picturesque vineyard and is close enough to the beach, Alacati and Cesme to visit the sites but far enough out of town to be away from the crowds. We borrowed bikes from Pinar's parents and found the cycle to the beach easy, but sweaty in the sun; I would recommend others rent a car so that getting to Cesme and Alacati is easier, although there are buses. Pinar and her parents couldn't have been better hosts - they were generous and friendly with lots of local advice/stories about the area, but also allowed us plenty of privacy and space. The dogs on the property are wonderful too - very relaxed and friendly and happy to sit with you on the terrace without any barking. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday, we can imagine everyone who stays here will come away with great memories.
The days we spent at this Mediterranean idyll near Cesme were just perfect. The house was inviting, comfortable and unique – we felt immediately at home. Communication with Pinar prior to our stay and later with her parents was easy and responses were quick. They made sure that we had everything we needed and were helpful, welcoming, generous with their time and shared tips for beaches and restaurants. In case you can bring yourself to get out of the gently swaying hammock and leave the tranquility of the house, there is a nearby beach club with all amenities and also a public beach within a few minutes’ drive – the water was clear and refreshing. Plus there are also many other beaches to choose from, all in easy driving distance. The charming town of Alacati has cute shops and restaurants and also a large market on Saturdays. We cooked for ourselves, buying fresh produce regularly from the roadside stands along the way to the house, and looked forward to enjoying our meal outside underneath the bougainvillea. This was a relaxing and uncomplicated holiday and we appreciated the warm hospitality of our hosts who made this special place available.
