The place is very well located : many shops and cheap restaurants in the neigborhood and the metro station is only at 5 minutes from the appartment. The appartment is clean, cosy and very quiet. We enjoyed a lot staying at this place.
We recommend The Veggie's café near the metro station : they serve very nice organic juice and pancakes !
Lionel was very nice and welcoming since our arrival. We stayed in this brownstone for a week. The location was great, only a couple of blocks away from the subway. Place looks like pictures, very welcoming and area is pretty safe. I would definitely stay here again.
A friend and I stayed in this beautiful home for a week and it was such a great way to spend our time in NYC. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Very nice people and the apartment was cozy and comfortable. It felt like we were home. It felt like our home. The space was clean and beautifully decorated. Just a short walk to the subway and just a few minutes from Manhattan. Very convenient. The cafe around the corner Ms. Daliahs was a frequent breakfast stop for us. Try the biscuits they are amazing. Thank you very much we had a great time at your place!!

About the Host, Achuziam
We have been married for 5 years and have a 4 year old son who makes us laugh. When we are not playing with him, we make music. Lionel is a music producer and I am an interior designer.

Awesome mango lassi. I also get the shrimp with poori appetizer for $5
They have a Japanese menu and a Thai menu. Great food, great prices - and they deliver.
My favorite Senegalese restaurant is opening their second location. Yassa jeun, fish and okra with couscous. Papa, the owner, is the coolest host ever.

My baby loves to go to story on Thursdays in the Tots corner. It's also a great interactive museum for children of elementary school age.
Gorgeous atmosphere, good wines and brick oven pizza. Packed on Thursday and Friday nights.
Fun with backyard garden. Great place to watch the game over drinks.
Regional American classics, refreshed. Lighter and fresher than is usually expected, Peaches reintroduces lost and sometimes forgotten dishes and satisfies a craving for longtime favorites
