Lionel was very nice and welcoming since our arrival. We stayed in this brownstone for a week. The location was great, only a couple of blocks away from the subway. Place looks like pictures, very welcoming and area is pretty safe. I would definitely stay here again.
Lionel personally walked me through the space and was welcome from day 1. The description was accurate about the space. The neighborhood had a very authentic nature and was fun exploring.
A friend and I stayed in this beautiful home for a week and it was such a great way to spend our time in NYC. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Very nice people and the apartment was cozy and comfortable. It felt like we were home. It felt like our home. The space was clean and beautifully decorated. Just a short walk to the subway and just a few minutes from Manhattan. Very convenient. The cafe around the corner Ms. Daliahs was a frequent breakfast stop for us. Try the biscuits they are amazing. Thank you very much we had a great time at your place!!
My wife and I stayed here for 12 days and it was amazing. Just what we needed. It's a quiet neighborhood, close to the train and other places. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, bear in mind is a small space so maybe no more than 3-4 pax but perfect for a couple.
Go and have a look at Achuziam's gift shop around the corner, they have really cool things.
Our plane landed from JFK about an hour after check-in. Lionel was accomodating to our late arrival and very welcoming. He recommended some areas to eat and starter tips for our first time in NYC. The neighborhood is quiet at night and day. the nights can be a little fearsome, but way more safe than most of new york. the night crowd tends to keep to themselves. The subway is only two blocks away and the trip into the big apple is only about 15-20 min. We expected the room to be more modern, however, it is an aged brownstone, so its a very beautiful building with squeaky wooden floors. Other than that the apartment was definitely cozy and comfortable. We didn't have any trouble sleeping and the mornings were great as they had a coffee pot. Our experience overall was great and we would definitely come back again!
We arrived late in the evening but Lionel was waiting and welcomed us to Brooklyn. The apartment was as described and the location is perfect for exploring New York. We arrived at JFK and took the A line to the apartment, we departed from Newark with an early check-in, but that wasn't a problem as we took the A line at 0407hrs! to Penn then the NJ to the airport....easy peezy, so great location.

We have been married for 5 years and have a 4 year old son who makes us laugh. When we are not playing with him, we make music. Lionel is a music producer and I am an interior designer.
