Large furnished or unfurnished room in nice comfortable house. Good location, 2 miles to UNM and Nob Hill. Have own bathroom, share living area and kitchen with one other woman. Safe and friendly neighborhood. One friendly cat. Short-term stay welcome. Large back yard and patio area. Near nice park, healthy grocery stores, and public transportation.

Should be clean and quiet. No parties. Independent. Occasional company is ok. No late night music or (website hidden) is welcome, but not much room for a lot of extras in fridge. Rent is due on-time.
Tatiana was a great host! I had my own bedroom and bathroom and I was very close to UNM, restaurants, and running trails. She had great suggestions on things to do around the city. She was nice and laid back.
Had a great time here for a month during an away medical rotation at University of New Mexico. The room is very cozy & the bathroom is great. Home is beautiful. And there are many places to study And relax. It's a wonderful location close to the University of Mexico and/or University of New Mexico health sciences center. The housing location is wonderful. It's close to a lot of different grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Tania is a wonderful host and she definitely goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. There was never a time that I hesitated to ask her a question and she was very sweet and very nice about anything. She will answer any and all of your questions when it comes to Albuquerque. Finally, her cat Lucky is the most well behaved cat I have ever seen before my life. In short it's a wonderful place to stay if you're in Albuquerque for either a short or an extended period of time. I loved my stay there.
I work full time at the University of New Mexico as Program Manager for the Intensive English program, CELAC. I have two grown up kids who often drop by for a quick visit. I love to ski, swim, water ski, hike, mountain bike, dance, play tennis, and travel. I've lived in Switzerland, France and Spain, as well as some other places. I also enjoy cooking good food and having company.
