The space
Our home is conveniently located in the heart of Wesley Chapel, just minutes from Tampa Premium Outlets, The Shops at Wiregrass, AdventHealth, restaurants, and local attractions.
My husband and I live in the home with our friendly 6-year-old dog, Koby. For our guests’ comfort and privacy, Koby does not have access to the second floor, where the guest rooms are located.
Guest access
Guests have access to their private bedroom and private bathroom. Free Wi-Fi, one parking space, the community pool, and fitness center are included.
The room is equipped with a mini refrigerator, fan, and heater for your comfort.
Guests may use the microwave in the kitchen at any time. Limited kitchen access for light meal preparation is available with prior notice. Please let us know in advance if you plan to use the kitchen so we can coordinate access.

Please note that this is a private room within our home, not an entire house. We live on the property and are happy to help if you need anything while respecting your privacy.
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No smoking, including electronic cigarettes (vape), parties, or unregistered visitors are allowed.
