This was our first Airbnb stay, and it was a great way to start. We booked about a month in advance and needed just a one night stay in Portland, near where our son and family live. Our hosts could not have been more easy going and welcoming. We told them in advance that we would be arriving a bit late in the day and this was not a problem with them.
The room we stayed in was perfect for our needs - large, airy, comfortable. The whole house is beautiful and Brian and Shannon were just perfect hosts. When we visit Portland again, we hope to be able to stay there again.
We really enjoyed staying in this room and loved meeting Shannon and Brian. Great Airbnb experience !
We loved staying at Shannon's place. She and her husband are very kind and helpful in any matter. They seem to know the area in and out and can recommend the best places to eat. Also, the bed is very comfi and everything was clean and newly furnished. We felt as snug as a bug in a rug!
PS: Their son Keiran is more than cute :-)
Had a wonderful stay, Shannon and Brian do a great job. The downstairs is a great area and bedroom worked perfect for me.
Clean, affordable place in a great location. Private. The hosts were very accommodating, quickly providing extra towels and blankets upon request. This comfortable room is in the basement level, which means that footsteps above can be heard. We borrowed a fan to cover this with white noise, and it worked out just fine.
An ideal space with great hosts. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
Shannon and Brian were awesome, flexible hosts. The accommodations were great and their recommendations for places to eat were spot on. We would definitely stay again!
Lovely rooms -- reserved both the Yellow and Orange rooms and had the whole basement to ourselves! Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, private entrance. Hosts were super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
We had a wonderful stay at Shannon's house. It was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The house was beautiful. Shannon and her husband were kind and great to talk to, and their son is super cute. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
Shannon an Brian were very accommodating and helpful during our short stay. We arrived late Saturday night and left around 10am Sunday morning so we didn't have much time to get to know each other but the house was just what we expected. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and private. There was a pitter patter of little feet in the morning but that was to be expected. We will definitely stay again in the future!
