It’s important to remember this beautiful home is nestled mountainside overlooking the rainforest and has ocean views from a distance.

This home has a full kitchen with all amenities, fully equipped .
The living room, dining room, kitchen, is an open space that creates a loving cozy environment with doors that open to the wraparound deck, allowing natures fresh breeze to flow through the living space.
We have added Air-Conditioning in all the bedrooms to create a more comfortable sleeping environment.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, and the two other bedrooms have two sets of bunkbeds (one bottom queen/full) in each bedroom, four beds in each of the two bedrooms. The bathroom is very spacious and creates comfort.
There is also plenty of private parking Upon your arrival.
The Mandala Vacation Home on the enchanted island of Puerto Rico offers easy access to pristine beaches, horseback riding, JetSki adventures and bioluminescent bay tours. It’s alway fun to take a family road trip. Remember to update your GPS/Maps as this home sits on the backside of the rainforest and the location will take you through some curvy roads, however drive slow and take in the gorgeous views that will take your breath away during the day. We always recommend stopping at the supermarket during the daytime hours, as Puerto Rico is known for its dark streets without street lights. Drive safely and enjoy an enchanted island experience at this picturesque vacation home! 🌟🌴🌊🌺🌼🌻

This property does not offer self- check-in as all of our properties in our portfolio offer the unique opportunity to meet and greet our guests.

We decided to permanently move and purchase a home here in Puerto Rico. Our goal is to have our guests enjoy it as much as we do feeling relaxed, settled, and comfortable as if they were in their own home. If you are looking for a place to party with loud music, this is not the place. Parties are not accepted... if security is called, you will need to vacate immediately! We always like to remind our guests you are coming to an island, we who live on the island happily remind others it's "Island life".. And on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico we have the amazing "Coqui" you hear at night and you hear many of them in the rainforest at night, also remember the water and power may go out occasionally but never for a long periods of time. It is always important to remind people you are coming to an island, remember Island life.
Please remember when there are things that happen out of owners control, such as water or power going out sporadically we do not refund. These are instances out of our control, just like if you were booking at a hotel. If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to reach out to us to discuss. We really ask all of our guests to please please be respectful of time when checking-in and checking-out.
Check in time is between 3 PM and 10 PM. Please remember I am a dad with children, if you are checking-in after 10 PM, please be sure this is communicated well in advance of your arrival date. Otherwise you are subject to a late check-in fee, as well as a late check-out fee, as we need to be extremely respectful of our cleaning team’s time.
Anything after 10 PM or 10 AM is considered late, unless discussed and agreed upon. It is super important to verify your flight schedules in advance as they are frequently changing.
Those fees are no lower than $100 and no more then $250.
If your flight arrives after midnight, it would be important to book the day before, as we will have much more flexibility to help support late check-in's. If any house key is lost it's $75 to $150 to be replaced depending on what home you are at and the locks on the doors. Thank you.
Please remember we give you just enough so you can start your vacation with toilet paper, garbage bags, paper, towel, towels, etc. we even leave little gifts. Anything after starter you are required to get. We do our best to make sure you are comfortable upon your arrival..
Please be sure all dishes are clean and trash is taken to the dumpster, no trash left outside doors or common areas. Our goal is to have all of our Guests happy and comfortable.
We want you to treat this as if it is your home away from home. The last house rule, you must have fun and enjoy your time in with us.🌺🌻🇵🇷🏡🔑
