Our house is located in front of Cabo de Palos' Levante Beach. The villa is the ideal place to enjoy luxury and discretion with family and friends in front of the beach with all the amenities imaginable, from an infinity pool to a jacuzzi. Enjoy elegance and comfort at any time of the year, with meeting spaces and a large terrace that offers panoramic sea views, perfect for sunny days or dinners under the stars.

The space
Spectacular villa facing Playa de Levante, with direct access to the promenade and stunning ocean views. From any point of the east facade you can see Isla Grosa to La Manga.
A huge window over 3 meters high connects the common space of the kitchen, living room and dining room with a large 50m2 terrace that embraces the infinity pool and transforms both into a single area to enjoy the outdoors.

Its location is exceptional: 2 meters from Paseo Marítimo de Levante and the best beach in Cabo de Palos and right in front of one of the temples of local cuisine where you can taste the caldero.
We're not going to tell you that you can go here or there in 5 minutes by car. You don't really have to take it. You're already in downtown Cabo de Palos. You can play sports or go for a walk to see the Lighthouse, swim in any of the coves and enjoy all the restaurants, walking.
