Interaction with Guests
I rent the apartment out when I am out of town traveling, and do not generally interact with guests at all. I leave keys in the mailbox and have a friend who lives upstairs to help out in case anyone needs anything.
My street is a very neighborhood-y, quaint, treelined Brooklyn block. Friendly neighbors and everything within walking distance.
F, G, R trains are all within a few blocks
Other Things to Note
This is a very special place and I have put a lot of love and care into curating a home for myself. I am a prop stylist and interior designer and love the idea of renting the apartment out to respectful, clean individuals who want a unique experience.
I am a stylist who travels frequently for work, and my schedule is often flexible and changes frequently. Sometimes I am unable to make plans and accept reservations far in advance. Since my schedule changes last minute, please don't hesitate to contact me with last minute requests and discounts. This is a very well loved and well cared for space, I enjoy sharing it with kind, respectful people to facilitate making their visit to New York a fun, comfortable one.
Lauren's apartment was picture perfect.
The apartment was spacious and spotless. The backyard was an extra perk
and so enjoyed by our Norwich Terriers. Her location is close to restaurants and a short walk to beautiful Prospect Park.
Lauren's place was wonderful. A lovely garden apartment in the heart of park slope with eclectic furnishings, just a half block from all the great restaurants on 7th Ave & also close to the subway. Nestled on an old tree-lined block, & very comfortable for either a short or long stay. Highly recommended.
The apartment was very nice and clean. Lauren's hospitality was great and we had a wonderful time in NY. The position is great because the subway is very closed to the apartment and you can easily go to Manatthan without any change! I sincerely suggest Lauren's apartment!
My family and I stayed at Lauren's place and we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. She had everything imaginable that guests would need and we were very pleased. The location was the key ingredient as to why I chose this place and everything to the amenities, hospitality of the host made it even better. It was home away from home.
Thank you Lauren. Your apartment was very comfortable and charming. We appreciated the great location, one block to the F train, prospect park and anything Brooklyn and/or Manhattan has to offer. We had a wonderful time!
Lauren's place was so beautiful, and we felt so at home there during our stay! We had plenty of room, and the location was amazing- right by the subway for quick access to manhattan, and tons of restaurants and a great walk on 5th or 7th Ave if you want to stay in the area. If you're here in good weather her place is right by Prospect Park- definitely recommend staying here! Thanks!
