The apartment is the owners home and as such comes with all fixtures and fittings you would expect, including wifi, tv, Sonos stereo system (seamless link to wifi radio or any iPhone, both in bedroom and living room). Second double bedroom will be used for storage of personal items but is still usable but with limited space and storage.
The property is on the second floor of a small modern gated block set back from the tree lined main road "the hill" linking the village to the town. There is some traffic noise but nothing unusual or excessive.
Living room is open plan to large galley kitchen and dining table (seats 6). Bedroom has large, king-size bed, built in wardrobe, en-suite with bath and separate shower, plus own separate balcony. There is a second main bathroom which includes double size shower. Washer/drier is located in separate closet in corridor.
For use of second bedroom please select one additional guest, when max occupancy will increase from 2 to a max of 4.
