The modern house is located directly on the lakeshore "Niskie Brodno" with beach and jetty, at the same time the property is located in the city of Brodnica with all the advantages of a city.

A rowing boat, kayak and bicycles are available to guests!

The house is divided in two. A living area is rented, the other half of the house is private and is only used by me for holiday purposes.

The space
The special location of the house is that it is located both in the beautiful, old town of Brodnica, and directly on the lakeshore of Lake Niskie Brodno (with its own beach and jetty).
In the city center (about 2 km away) you will find historical attractions (e.g. sightseeing tower and ruins of a crusader castle), as well as numerous gastronomic and tourist attractions such as shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, etc. On the public 'city beach' about 400 m away, numerous leisure activities are offered (playground, pedal boat rental, tennis court, volleyball court, etc.)
The duplex apartment is distributed on the ground floor and first floor: below: living/dining room (TV with satellite system) and bathroom; above: living/sleeping room with a second separate bedroom.
Both below and above you have a beautiful view of the lake, which you can additionally enjoy on a terrace.
